This is one major issue a lot of people face quite quickly in their business. To make money you have to recruit at least 4 people that are willing to work as hard as you are. However most people would like to see some proof that YOU can make some money, because if you're not making money, they don't want in.
This all results in a bad circle. No one wants to join you if you're not gaining success, but you need people to join to achieve success. Why not try the modern way of recruiting, marketing. The old school methods may work for some, but for most, its doomed to fail before they even sign up.
MLM's are nothing but a money making system. What system (company) you choose is entirely up to you. However most don't know how to benefit from the system, or even make it work. Join a marketing system to help you build your business, is my recommendation. I have done both methods, old school and using a marketing system. I doubt I will ever return to the old school methods, period.
